We are seeking a high-level professional with practical experience in the area of compliance with federal and state safety and health regulations within the corporate environment   Some responsibilities include: adapting our leading compliance software and content for the workflow of corporate environmental safety and health risk managers and compliance professionals, help creating the product vision, set the product direction through the documentation of current EHS workflow in corporations, and participate in cross-functional teams to bring products to the market, and supporting the implementation and use of the products and solutions developed.
 

AVP, Learning Design
This position provides executive oversight and leadership to the design and development of performance improvement learning solutions in support of HIG organizational and strategic objectives. Support operational excellence across Learning Team functions. Lead and develop the Learning Solutions design and development team and oversee the design team budget of $10M. Responsible for 7 direct reports and 30 indirect reports.
