Clinical Quality Assurance Consultant

The Clinical Quality Assurance Consultant is responsible for working with health plans to ensure compliance with NCQA and MA Deeming standards, CMS and SNP Standard and Process Measures. Work on market-level quality improvement activities, quality improvement projects, and clinical quality initiatives, including physician engagement and partnerships with local health plans.
 

Medical Assisting Tutor
The ideal candidate will be responsible for real-time, online tutoring in medical assisting, and assisting in the training, evaluation, and mentoring of new tutors. All candidates must have a computer and Internet access. To qualify, candidates should have a degree and experience in the medical assisting field. A minimum of 2 years teaching/tutoring experience in the medical assisting field is required. Candidates must be available to work 10 to 20 hours per week.

EHR's Physician Advisor serves as a clinical resource to EHR's hospital clients by providing expert, second-level reviews for admission status certification. These services are performed electronically and telephonically with hospital clients to address the following issues: medical necessity, clinical and regulatory compliance, continued stay review, hospital reimbursement, and quality assurance. The Physician Advisor also serves as an expert in regulatory guidelines and utilization management and helps to educate case management and medical staff members on these topics regularly.
