Bilingual Functional Student Analyst
The successful candidate will utilize their strong communication (both verbal & written) and analytical skills to assist the SunGard Higher Education (SGHE) ActionLine team in providing high quality front line support for our clients with the primary focus on Latin America.  This individual will be responsible for working closely with clients by providing both technical and functional support primarily for SunGard Banner Student product issues and region-specific localizations, as well as issues related to implementation of the Open Digital Campus.  The analyst must demonstrate a commitment to working through complex problems and complete tasks with a high level of accuracy and focus on satisfying the customer.

Business Information Consultant
The Business Information Consultant for the HEDIS Analysis and Reporting Team is responsible for serving as an expert in data analysis, reporting and formulating recommendations and providing guidance to other data analysts. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: creating and maintaining databases to track business performance, analyzes data and summarizing performance using summary statistical procedures. The Consultant also develops and analyzes business performance reports (e.g. for claims data, provider data, utilization data) and provides notations of performance deviations and anomalies, creates and publishes periodic reports, as well as any necessary ad hoc reports. This may require taking up business issues and devising the best way to develop appropriate diagnostic and/or tracking data that will translate business requirements into usable decision support tools.
