It requires direct communication and involvement with all levels of the global Danfoss HEX organization including our joint venture Danfoss/Sanhua.  The GKAM should have the ability to work within a matrix management organization via practical leadership skills and indirect management of engaged personnel toward the Key Account. It also requires a level of cross divisional cooperation within Danfoss to fully realize the business plan objectives. The Global Key Account Manager may work from a home office in the United States or Europe, or from one of the Danfoss offices located in Baltimore, MD, Lyon, France or Malmoe, Sweden.
