You will work closely with the Business Development (Sales) team and will direct members of the client services team who have responsibility for the day to day running of your allocated accounts. You will guide the Client Services team, to develop project plans and customer engagement processes with your accounts and their design agencies. You will have to develop a good understanding of our customers, their marketing processes and brand rules. You will have responsibility for our commercial agreements with each client and will play a major role in developing the business and driving adoption of Elateral's tools and services throughout the client's business.
